Ascott and Tokyo Tatemono will open ‘SEN/KA TOKYO by The Crest Collection’ in the Yaesu 1-chome North district in the second half of fiscal year 2029.
The building will be located on the 6th to 9th floors of the south block of the ‘Yaesu 1-chome North District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project,’ which Tokyo Tatemono is promoting together with the landowners. Construction began on November 19.
The facility will have 92 rooms, including a lounge and other installations for long-term stays. This marks the first entry of Ascott’s top luxury brand, ‘The Crest Collection,’ into Japan.
