Jetstar Japan held an event to commemorate the first anniversary of the Tokyo/Narita to Asahikawa route.
The route, which opened on December 15, 2023, as the second destination after Sapporo/Chitose, operates one round trip daily. It has served over 100,000 passengers to date.
During the event held at Asahikawa Airport on December 13, commemorative gifts were distributed to passengers, and officials saw off the departure. The official mascot, “Jet-ta,” appeared in a new uniform and participated in photo sessions with passengers.
A campaign offering special benefits at tourist sites and hotels in Asahikawa is also being conducted exclusively for passengers on this route.
