RISONARE Atami will offer a ‘plum-scented afternoon tea’ exclusively for its guests from January 6 to March 31.
Inspired by Atami’s early-blooming plum blossoms, the earliest in Japan, the theme involves seven types of plum blossoms actually blooming in the Atami Plum Garden near the hotel. The menu includes winter solstice plum cream puffs, single-layer cold red chocolate, double-layer field plum verrine, double-layer cold red macaron, Koshu smallest scone, unopened red tartine, and single-layer field plum Vacherin. SOLANO BEACH Books & Cafe’s terrace will be reserved for afternoon tea with plum blossom decorations and chairs inspired by plum petals, along with plum tree decorations inside the café.
The tea is served at 12:30 PM, 2 PM, and 3:30 PM, with each session lasting 60 minutes. Reservations are accepted via the official website until 5 PM three days in advance. The price is 4,500 yen.
