The Hotel Seiryu Kyoto Kiyomizu Offers a ‘SUSHI-BAR’ that Non-Stay Guests Can Enjoy

The Hotel Seiryu Kyoto Kiyomizu is now offering a ‘SUSHI-BAR’ in its ‘Restaurant & Library’ that is accessible to non-staying guests.

Opening the ‘Restaurant & Library’ in the evening to non-staying guests is a first since its opening. To offer sushi in a casual style to visitors from both Japan and abroad, they have established the concept as ‘Fusion of Modern space, Sushi and Bar’. The elegantly ambient Restaurant & Library, with its high ceilings exceeding four meters and a sense of openness, transforms into a modern, sophisticated bar setting with dimmed lighting and upbeat background music. Guests can also enjoy dining on the attached open terrace while viewing the illuminated courtyard.

The SUSHI-BAR operates every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6 PM to 10 PM, with last orders at 9 PM. Menu items include a Salmon Roll for 3,000 yen, and an 8-piece Nigiri Sushi Set for 6,500 yen, both exclusive of service charge.
