Air Premia will commence flights to Da Nang, Hong Kong, Honolulu, and Seattle.
The company received its sixth Boeing 787-9 aircraft on December 20th, marking the first addition of a new aircraft in 18 months. Three more aircrafts are expected to be received by 2025. The sixth Boeing 787-9 is equipped with 25 premium economy class seats and 309 economy class seats, totaling 344 seats. The pitch of the economy class seats has been expanded to 33 inches. Commercial operations are slated to begin in January 2025, with deployment on American routes.
Currently, Air Premia operates five routes connecting Seoul/Incheon with Los Angeles, New York/Newark, San Francisco, Tokyo/Narita, and Bangkok/Suvarnabhumi. The airline plans to enter Da Nang and Hong Kong at the beginning of 2025, followed by expansion to Honolulu and Seattle routes.
