D Points to Extend Expiry Date to 12 Months After Last Use From Next October
NTT Docomo is making changes to the “d Point Club” service, including ending the provision of certain services.
Starting from July 2025, the functionality for applying d points to charges will be enhanced, adding the ability to automatically apply a pre-set number of points each month. In addition, the “Send d Points” feature will gain the function to automatically send a pre-set number of points each month, and it will also be made available via the d Point Club site and app.
From October 2025, the expiry date of points will change from the current 48 months after the month of acquisition to 12 months after the last day of use.
Furthermore, the provision of the “Point Sharing Group” will end in July 2025.
