InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8 will be offering a “Sweets Course” as a weekday exclusive from January 15 to March 3.
The theme of this first sweets course is “Strawberry”, featuring a colorful and sweet collection of desserts using lavish amounts of domestically grown strawberries. The menu starts with strawberry carpaccio and elderflower jelly, followed by a soup combining Muscat Bailey A red wine and strawberries, the main course of a strawberry parfait, and concludes with two types of petit fours, including macarons made with strawberries.
The venue is the restaurant & bar “Larboard”. It is available from noon to 8:00 PM (last order). The price is 7,000 yen, tax and service charge included. Advance reservations are required by noon three days prior.
