Satisfill has signed a fixed-term building lease agreement with Japan Escon to open the “Landor Hotel Sapporo Heritage” in July 2026.
The building will have 14 floors above ground, with 125 guest rooms. It will blend residential comfort with hotel services, featuring a design suitable for long-term stays. The design will reflect the exterior and interior of the former club “KING∞XMHU” that was previously located on this site. Additionally, a “Warm Cafe Lounge” with a fireplace and lattice windows will express a Japanese modern style from Sapporo’s dawn period, using natural materials such as wood and tiles to recreate the pioneering era of Sapporo.
The hotel is a 6-minute walk from Nakajima Koen Station, a 7-minute walk from Susukino Station, and an 8-minute walk from Hosui Susukino Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway.
