Lufthansa German Airlines has announced lounge wear created in collaboration with Japanese artist Shogo Shibuya.
Shogo Shibuya is a globally renowned artist known for works that shift in impressive color gradients from dawn to sunset. Inspired by sky views visible only from high above the clouds, he created the design.
The luxury home wear brand Tekla, based in Copenhagen, reproduced the design into a high-quality lounge wear collection. The material used is premium organic cotton satin.
This lounge wear will be offered on select flights in the new first class from Munich to New York.
