ValueCommerce will merge with Dynatec on April 1.
Dynatec provides solutions like “Direct In” and “Dynalution” for accommodations. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ValueCommerce, and the examination for the merger began in November 2024.
For the fiscal year ending December 2023, Dynatec’s sales amounted to 1.273 billion yen. As of the end of December 2024, its assets were 848 million yen, liabilities were 776 million yen, and net assets were 72 million yen.
Through the merger, they plan to further expand their travel tech business and engage in new value creation utilizing artificial intelligence and data.
