Tokyo Station Hotel will offer the “Strawberry Parfait” from March 1 to April 30.
From the bottom, it consists of ten layers: strawberry jelly, fresh strawberries, strawberry sauce, crème fromage, strawberry-flavored genoise, sliced strawberries, strawberry jam, chantilly cream, strawberry ice cream, and chantilly cream. The top is garnished with fresh strawberries, chocolate, and raspberries.
Limited to 10 servings per day, priced at 4,300 yen for just the parfait, or 6,100 yen with coffee or tea. The simultaneously available “Strawberry Squash” is 2,300 yen alone, or 6,300 yen with the parfait set.
Available at the 1st-floor lobby lounge, served from 11 AM to 8 PM. All prices include tax.
