The Westin Yokohama will host various menu promotions featuring ingredients from Hokkaido and Kanagawa, including dessert and lunch buffets, from March 1 to May 25.
The “Taste of Hokkaido and Spring Dessert Buffet,” which uses cream and cheese from Hokkaido, offers sweets such as strawberry shortcake and baked cheesecake, as well as savory options including curry and pasta dishes. From March 17 to April 25, cherry blossom-flavored sweets will also be available for a limited period. Service hours are from 3 PM to 5 PM. Prices are 6,200 yen for adults and 3,100 yen for children aged 4 to 12.
The “Harbor Delight – Taste the Blessings of Hokkaido and Kanagawa Lunch Buffet” offers a semi-buffet style on weekdays, where appetizers and desserts are buffet-style, and the main dish can be chosen from six options. Menus feature bouillabaisse with seafood directly from Hokkaido and pork doria inspired by Obihiro’s famous pork bowl. On weekends and holidays, enjoy a full buffet style, where appetizers, mains, and desserts can be indulged as much as you like. Enjoy dishes like carpaccio with fish directly from Misaki Port, Hokkaido soup curry, kaisendon, and Ishikari hotpot with added crab.
Desserts include “Kiwi and Hokkaido Mascarpone Cream” and “Crème Brûlée with Odawara Tea and Hokkaido Cream,” utilizing Hokkaido cheese and dairy products. From March 17 to April 25, cherry blossom-flavored sweets will also be featured. During the Golden Week period, a full buffet with roast beef made from domestic beef and an ice cream station will be available for both lunch and dinner. In addition, dinner courses and Hokkaido craft beer will also be offered.
The venue is located at “Brasserie du Quai” on the third floor. Prices are from 6,400 yen for adults and 3,200 yen for children aged 4 to 12. All prices include tax and service charges.
