Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama will offer the ‘Spring Breeze Sweets Plate’ on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from March 14 to April 20.
Centered around the themes of strawberries, cherry blossoms, and Easter, this sweets plate encapsulates the arrival of spring on one dish. The menu includes six sweets like the “Carrot Cake with Roasted Walnuts and Cinnamon Aroma,” designed like a miniature garden inspired by a carrot field, “Fraisier,” a French spring sweet that symbolizes the strawberry season, “Cherry Blossom Scented Strawberry & Raspberry Mousse,” a Japanese twist featuring cherry blossom flavors, and “Easter Bunny White Chocolate Mousse.” Savories include the light-textured bread “Popover” with “Popover Salad with Smoked Salmon and Cheese” with a refreshing herbal sauce, and “Scones” served with hotel-made blueberry jam, mascarpone cream, and honey. Beverages include coffee or tea, with an additional option to enjoy a non-alcoholic cocktail “Nagori-yuki Dancing Peach and Cherry Blossom Frozen Cocktail” for an extra 500 yen.
The location is the all-day dining “Le Jardin.” The serving time is from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The price is normally 3,900 yen, One Harmony members can enjoy it for 3,700 yen, and Premium Selection Benefits, Royal Members, and Exclusive Members for 3,500 yen; all include tax and service charge.
