Daiwa House Realty Management has opened “Daiwa Roynet Hotel Akita Ekimae” on February 14.
The building is 13 stories tall, with a total of 214 rooms, including Standard Double, Deluxe Queen, Superior Twin, Junior Suite located on the top floor, and Four’s. The “Junior Suite” comes with a fully separate bath and toilet, an oven range, and a freezer-equipped refrigerator. The “Four’s” includes a projector that can project onto the wall.
The hotel features facilities exclusive to guests such as large communal baths, saunas with automatic steam dispersers, cold water baths with chillers, outdoor air spaces, meeting rooms, a covered terrace space, an amenity bar, and paid parking for 60 vehicles.
Access is a 5-minute walk from JR Akita Station, or a 10-minute drive from the Akita Chuo Interchange (IC) on the Akita Expressway.
