Grand Hyatt Fukuoka will host the strawberry dessert buffet “Strawberry Obsession” from March 20-23.
The buffet includes 27 types of strawberry desserts such as terrine chocolat using French Valrhona chocolate and panna cotta with sweet and sour strawberry soup, along with six types of light meals like spring vegetable and bacon quiche, and salad with strawberry dressing. At the carving station, a chef will prepare soufflé pancakes with strawberry sauce on the spot, serve strawberries jubilee with warm strawberry and caramel sauce over ice cream, and offer French toast with strawberry compote.
Additionally, a “Amaou and White Strawberry Parfait” featuring pistachio ice cream on top of cranberry jelly, strawberry compote, rosemary crumble cookies, decorated with Amaou, white strawberries, and sugar art, will be provided one plate per person.
The event is held at the first-floor restaurant “The Market F”. Service time is from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, with last orders at 4:45 PM. The fee is 5,000 JPY for adults and 2,500 JPY for children up to 12 years old, excluding service fees.
