
Qatar Airways Introduces Japanese-Inspired Business Class Meals on Narita and Kansai to Doha Routes
Cathay Pacific is offering in-flight meals in collaboration with “Yat Tung Heen”.
“Yat Tung Heen” is a Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant in Hong Kong. The applicable routes include all long-haul routes and selected routes to destinations such as Mainland China, Japan, and Thailand in Premium Economy Class and Economy Class. This is the first time that the airline is offering in-flight meal menus in collaboration with a Michelin-starred restaurant for these classes.
The main dishes available are: in Premium Economy Class, one can choose from “Braised Beef Brisket and Beef Belly with Chu Hou Paste served with Choy Sum and Jasmine Rice,” “Stir-fried Seafood and Melon with XO Sauce and Egg Fried Rice,” or “Deep-fried Halibut with Bamboo Shoots and Greens in Soy Sauce Flavor, served with Egg Fried Rice”; in Economy Class, choices include “Baked Chicken with Ginger and Orange Flavor served with Greens and Egg Fried Rice,” “Sweet and Sour Pork with Fresh Pineapple served with Steamed Vegetables and Jasmine Rice,” or “Braised Duck and Taro with Plum Sauce served with Garlic-flavored Broccoli and Cauliflower and Jasmine Rice.”
