Sukesan Udon Opens a Pop-up Restaurant in Tokyo for a Limited Time: July 13 to 15
Akindo Sushiro will operate the “Sushiro Future Expo Store” at the Osaka-Kansai Expo from April 13 to October 13.

Popular dishes from group restaurants such as “Salmon to Drink” from “Sugidama,” “Kyotaru Hime Chakin Sushi” from “Kyotaru,” and popular menu items from “Sakabayashi” in Boston, North America will also be available.
Examples of the menu include Iso Mamori Uni Wrap grown onshore (550 yen), Shime Saba grown onshore (550 yen), Bicolor Eel grown onshore (390 yen), and domestically grown Fuji Atlantic Salmon (270 yen), all prices include tax.
A large display resembling an aquarium will be installed at the entrance, and the interior will feature Yoshino cedar, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a forest. A system called “Digirow,” combining digital vision with a conveyor belt, is installed at all seats, and a game called “UNI CATCH GAME” that addresses fishery resource issues and sustainable efforts will be offered exclusively at the Expo. During table-wide event times, the top five tables will receive a present.
The store is located in the “Forest of Silence Zone” within the Osaka-Kansai Expo venue. There are 196 seats available. Opening hours are from 10 AM to 9 PM.
