
Grand Hyatt Tokyo Hosts “Pokemon Collaboration Summer 2025”
Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba will be offering ‘Color Parfait ~Brown~’ with Swiss chocolate from May 1 to June 30.
The lower layers consist of coffee jelly and chocolate panna cotta, alternately poured to create a four-layer composition. Chocolate ice cream is layered on top, adding a crispy texture with sablé and pearl croquant. Additionally, chocolate custard cream and sponge cake are layered to render a cake-like flavor. For the finishing touch, Griottine cherries and raspberries accompany the parfait, adorned with chocolate Chantilly cream, fresh chocolates, and gold leaf.
The location is on the 2nd floor at “The Lobby Cafe.” It is served from 1 PM to 5 PM. The price is 3,000 yen, including tax and service charges. Limited to 10 servings per day.
