
Details of the Swiss Pavilion at the Osaka-Kansai Expo Unveiled: Collaboration with Heidi and Limited Edition KitKat Included
Pasona Group will open the pavilion “PASONA NATUREVERSE” at the Osaka-Kansai Expo starting April 13.
The building features a design resembling the spiral shape of an ammonite, symbolizing “life.” With the concept of “Thank you, life,” the pavilion will display cutting-edge technology, including iPS cardiac muscle sheets symbolizing the heart, and beds equipped with sensors that measure body conditions and respond throughout the space. The theme focuses on “body, mind, and bonds,” featuring various exhibits.
Astro Boy will serve as the pavilion’s navigator, while Black Jack will introduce future medical concepts and eco-friendly foods.
The location is West Gate Zone W-09. No reservation is required.
Additionally, during the Expo, a high-speed boat named “PASONA NATUREVERSE” will operate once daily, connecting the Expo venue and Awaji Island. The outbound journey departs Awaji Interaction Wing Port at 9:30 AM, arriving in Osaka Yumeshima at 10:30 AM. The return trip leaves Osaka Yumeshima at 5:29 PM, reaching Awaji Interaction Wing Port at 6:30 PM. The fare is 3,600 yen one way.
The Osaka-Kansai Expo, themed “Designing Future Society for Our Lives,” will be held from April 13 to October 13 for 184 days in Osaka Yumeshima. As of February, 158 countries and regions, along with 7 international organizations, have announced participation. Tickets for adults 18 and over are priced at 7,500 yen for a day-pass, 6,000 yen for a weekday-pass, and 3,700 yen for an evening-pass usable after 5:00 PM. There are also ticket price settings for teens aged 12–17 and children aged 4–11. Entry is free for children under 3. The event is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
