Recaro Aircraft Seating unveiled its seat for electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) vehicles for the first time. The presentation took place at the Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) in Hamburg, Germany.
By utilizing lightweight materials such as premium aluminum, titanium, and composites, the seat is designed to be lighter, allowing for energy-efficient flight while also enhancing the in-flight experience. It was co-developed with Eve Air Mobility, a subsidiary of Embraer.
