Sovrin will open “HOTEL Hakurin HAKODATE” on July 12.
The building is divided into a consulate wing and a wellness wing. The consulate wing is a renovation of the former Russian consulate built over 100 years ago, while the wellness wing is newly expanded with the theme of a wellness retreat. The hotel features a total of six guest rooms, each equipped with a private sauna and cold bath. Four of these rooms also come with a semi-open-air bath.
Inside the facility, there is “Main Dining Byakuya,” offering special warm piroshki, homemade desserts, champagne, wine, and more. “Sushi-dokoro Funami” serves fresh squid and tuna belly, sea urchin sushi toppings, large scallops, whelks, herring, and atka mackerel. “Bar Hakodadi” offers original cocktails and a wide selection of fine sake. There is also a gift shop on-site.
The restaurant and bar will have a pre-opening on May 3.
