Hotel Villa Fontaine Haneda Airport Launches Complimentary Shuttle Service for Guests to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Tokyo Disney Resort
Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka has completely renovated the 17th floor and opened it as an “Executive Floor” on April 1.
The floor consists of a total of 42 rooms: 8 Junior Suites, 19 Twin rooms, 8 Connecting rooms (4 sets), 5 Double rooms, and 2 Moderate Double rooms. The space is designed in a Japanese modern style, incorporating Japanese elements such as shoji screens, ranma (transom windows), byobu (folding screens), and andon (lanterns). The color scheme is themed around “Japanese hospitality wrapped in kiribako” (paulownia wood boxes), combining the traditional Japanese color “Miyako Nezumi” with bright wood grain. The carpet design gives the impression of looking down on the cityscape of Osaka through clouds, and the headboard art is inspired by folding screens. The Junior Suites evoke the historical layers of the Uehonmachi area where the hotel is located, while the Twin rooms depict the “dynamism of Osaka.” Additionally, USB ports and power outlets are installed beside the beds. The bathrooms in the Junior Suites have been renovated to include washing areas.
To commemorate the renovation and the hotel’s 40th anniversary, a plan offering a 40% discount from the regular rates will be available from April 7 to October 31. In addition to late check-out benefits, each room will receive a pack of 5 diffuser sticks featuring the Sheraton brand fragrance “SH01.” Junior Suites come with access to the Sheraton Club. Prices are 78,000 yen for a Junior Suite for two people and 40,800 yen for a Twin room, inclusive of tax and service charges.
