Hilton Nagoya is hosting the “Spring! Spain!” lunch & dinner buffet until May 14.
The main dishes feature the “Roast Chicken Malaga Style” cooked with brandy, “Roast Bone-in Pork Ham with Nut Sauce” grilled with acorn liqueur, “Ika no Rabas” accented with aioli sauce, and “Pescaro Al Ajillo”, a fresh dish of white fish enhanced with garlic, lemon, basil, and coriander.
Weekend exclusive menus include “Herb Roasted Amberjack” marinated in herbs and white wine, “Catalan Style Lamb Milk Stew” where lamb is tenderly simmered in milk with nuts, and “Seafood Paella” filled with fresh seafood including mussels and clams.
For dessert, a selection of nine sweets is available, including the traditional “Tarte de Santiago” from Galicia, Spain, “Spanish Flan” made with condensed milk, “Strawberry Shortcake”, and “Strawberry Tart”.
The venue is located at the 1st-floor all-day dining “In Place 3-3”. Lunch is served from 11:30 AM to 2 PM, and dinner from 5:30 PM, 6 PM, 6:30 PM, and 7:30 PM for 90 minutes each, with the last order at 8:30 PM. Prices are 5,500 yen for adults on weekdays and 6,500 yen on weekends and holidays, with children aged 6 to 12 at 3,000 yen daily. Dinner prices are 5,800 yen for weekdays and 6,800 yen on weekends and holidays, with children at 3,500 yen daily. All prices include tax and service charges. From April 26 to May 6, weekend and holiday pricing applies.
