Hotel Metropolitan Saitama-Shintoshin is offering a dessert using Bunmeido Tokyo’s castella with a relevant lunch course order until May 31.
Following the first collaboration in 2023, this marks the second collaboration. The offered dessert, “Castella Caramel Pie Wrap,” allows you to enjoy a variety of textures, including fluffy castella, crispy pie, and crunchy walnuts. The caramel mixed with walnuts and raisins creates a dish with a wonderful harmony.
The eligible lunch courses are “Lunch Set Menu,” “Special Pasta Lunch Set Menu,” “Chef’s Recommendation Set Menu,” and “Saitama Prefecture Residents Only Lunch Plan 2025.”
The location is “Cafe Cross Yard.” The time is from 11:30 AM to last order at 3:00 PM. The price is either 4,000 yen or 5,000 yen, including tax and service charge.
