Hoshino Resorts has started selling the “Hot Spring Touring Kai Pass” exclusively for those aged 70 and over from April 15.
From the nationwide hot spring inn brand “Kai,” you can choose to stay at any of the 20 facilities up to 12 nights per year. The plans are divided according to the number of people using them: Plan A is for one person (300,000 yen), Plan B allows up to two people to stay (600,000 yen), and Plan C allows up to three people to stay (720,000 yen). You can stay up to four consecutive nights at the same facility. Additionally, even if you are under 70, one companion can join for an additional fee of 35,000 yen for Plans A and B, while in Plan C, one of the three can join without an additional fee.
The stay period varies depending on the timing of purchase. Check-ins from Monday to Thursday are eligible. Applicants from April to June can stay from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, while applicants from September to December can stay from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Busy periods such as the day before holidays, public holidays, Golden Week, Obon, and year-end and New Year holidays, as well as closed days, are excluded. All prices include taxes and service charges, but exclude bathing and lodging taxes.
