IHG Hotels & Resorts and Best Hospitality Network will grand open “ANA Holiday Inn Tokyo Bay” on April 24.
They have rebranded the former Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo Seafort, which closed in February 2023, and conducted major renovations. The “Holiday Inn” brand is re-entering Tokyo.
The hotel offers 132 rooms. From the high floors between the 23rd and 27th floors, guests can enjoy Bay View Rooms and Canal View Rooms with views of Rainbow Bridge and highways.
“The Library Lounge” on the 1st floor provides a wide selection of comics and books, with a comic corner showcasing Japanese culture in three languages: Japanese, English, and Chinese. The lounge serves breakfast and operates as a café during the day. The 3rd, 28th, and 29th floors feature five banquet rooms. A Media Lounge, To-go Café, Pop-Up Lounge, fitness center, and laundry are also available.
Access is directly connected to Tennozu Isle Station on the Tokyo Monorail, and about 10 minutes by car from JR Shinagawa Station.
Best Hospitality Network operates three other IHG branded hotels in Tokyo: Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo, Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay, and The Strings Hotel Tokyo InterContinental.
