Welcome drinks inspired by birthstones are offered: ‘April Diamond Sparkle,’ ‘May Emerald Hope,’ and ‘June Pearl Elegance,’ changing monthly.
Grande desserts include ‘Ruby Rose,’ adorned with a tuille reminiscent of a lady’s hat (additional 1,500 yen, reservation required), ‘Foret Noire ~With Griottine Cherry Ice~’ combining bisquit chocolat, mousse chocolat blanc, compote of griottine cherries, cocoa tuille, and griottine cherry ice, and ‘Cherry & Rose-scented Lychee and Raspberry Parfait’ with raspberry sauce, lychee jelly, fresh raspberries and strawberries, encapsulated rose ice cream.
Savories feature ‘Rose Mini Burger’ with rose-scented buns, cherry confiture, and cream cheese, ‘Cherry and Tomato Sphere,’ ‘Chorizo Madeleine,’ ‘Foie Gras Terrine with Pistachio,’ etc. Variety desserts include ‘Tarte Framboise,’ ‘Mousse Chocolat Griottine,’ ‘Blancmange Fruits Rouge,’ etc., while the Petite Four Bar offers ‘Bonbon Chocolat,’ ‘Pâte de Fruits,’ ‘Cookies,’ ‘Eclairs,’ etc.
The event will be held at the Main Tower 39th floor “DINING & BAR TABLE 9 TOKYO.” Price is 6,800 yen, tax included, service charge extra.
