Mystays Hotel Management reopened Kamenoi Hotel Kujukuri on April 26.
In addition to revamping the lobby and restaurant, a villa building was newly constructed in the garden. In July, the establishment of a kids’ room and kids’ park is also planned.
The villa building consists of 7 buildings in total, with an area of 57 square meters. It is equipped with a barbecue set and a private sauna. There is also a building where guests can stay with their pets, featuring a private dog run.
The restaurant has shifted from individualized meals to a buffet style, and the live kitchen offers dishes made with local ingredients, such as “Golden Eye Snapper Fritters” and “Freshly Baked Vegetable Pizza.” Additionally, a local dish finished by mincing horse mackerel with condiments and miso, called “Namero,” is served in thick rolls or canapé styles.
