
Malaysia Airlines to Launch Vegetarian Satay from September 1
Hawaiian Airlines refreshed its in-flight meals on routes connecting Japan and Hawaii on September 1.
The new menus, developed by Wade Ueoka and Michelle Karr-Ueoka of MW Restaurant in Hawaii, who oversee the Hawaiian Airlines Chef Series, incorporate Hawaiian cultural elements and flavors.
For Business Class dinners on flights departing Japan, offerings include lemongrass chicken and chocolate mousse and haupia cake. On flights departing Hawaii, Business Class features dishes such as red wine–braised short ribs and banana cream crunch cake. Economy Class departing Japan will continue to offer items such as loco moco and Honolulu Cookies.
