Japan Airlines (JAL) will offer Sukiyaki Kappo Hiyama’s “Kuroge Wagyu Sukiyaki Gozen” in its international Business Class EXPRESS MEAL from September 1 through February 28, 2026.
Sukiyaki Kappo Hiyama is a restaurant operated by a long-established butcher founded in 1912 (Taisho 1). It operates four locations in Tokyo’s Nihonbashi, Hokkaido’s Niseko, and Hong Kong.
The dish was also offered from September 2024 through February 2025, making this the second time. Reservations are accepted up to 25 hours before departure. Eligible routes are medium- and long-haul flights to Europe, the Americas, and Asia departing from Tokyo/Haneda and Tokyo/Narita. Most extra and charter flights, tour bookings, bookings under other airlines’ flight numbers, and waitlisted flights are excluded. (Image: JAL)
