
Yokohama Grand InterContinental (Japan) Offers Shine Muscat & Kyoho Afternoon Tea, Sept 16–Nov 30
Hotel Nikko Narita in Japan will hold the Hokkaido ‘Namara Oishii’ Fair Lunch Buffet – Part 1 – from October 1 to 31.
Using Hokkaido ingredients such as Hokkaido clams, masu (cherry) salmon, autumn salmon, yellowtail (buri), shibare namahamu (cured ham), cream cheese, Tokachi-grown Danshaku potatoes, and haskap berries, dishes will be served at the buffet stations and live kitchen.
Featured dishes include Otaru-style seafood ankake yakisoba, Ishikari hot pot, ramen in the styles of Asahikawa (soy sauce), Sapporo (miso), and Hakodate (salt), yakitori rice bowls and seafood rice bowls, among others. During the period, they will also run an Instagrammable Donburi (rice bowl) Photo Contest in which guests participate by submitting photos of bowls topped with ingredients of their choice. In November, the lineup will change for Part 2.
Location: Casual Resort Dining ‘Serena’. Serving hours: Weekdays 11:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (food served until 2:00 p.m.). Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are in two seatings: first seating 11:00 a.m.–12:45 p.m. (food served until 12:30 p.m.); second seating 1:15 p.m.–3:00 p.m. (food served until 2:45 p.m.).
Prices are JPY 6,000 for adults, JPY 5,700 for ages 60 and over, JPY 3,000 for elementary school students, and free for preschool children. One Harmony members receive a discount. All prices include tax.
