
Hyatt to Open Andaz Hiroshima, Japan, in 2027
Hilton Tokyo will host “Christmas Meat Afternoon” from November 14 to December 26.
A special dollhouse-style stand in festive Christmas colors features four appetizers—the spiced pumpkin latte shot, smoked duck breast, Brie cheese tartlet, and pumpernickel sandwich bites—along with three Christmas sweets: strawberry shortcake, a chocolate ganache Mont Blanc tart, and pear mousse.
There are three meat dishes: “Cinnamon Stick Dak-galbi” paired with cheese fondue and gochujang sauce; “Crown Roast Beef” made with meat marinated for two days in shio-koji, mustard, and black garlic paste; and “Chicken Bacon Lollipops” smoked over cherrywood—served freshly grilled from the grill counter. Beverages include TWG teas, original blended drinks, and hot apple cider.
Venue: Metropolitan Grill on the 2nd floor. Service hours: two-hour seating from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Prices start at 6,500 yen per person, tax and service charge included.
