STARLUX Airlines began selling tickets on October 28 for itineraries between Japan and the Middle East and Europe that use codeshare flights.
Tickets are available from Japanese cities including Sapporo/Chitose, Hakodate, Sendai, Tokyo/Narita, Nagoya/Chubu, Osaka/Kansai, Kobe, Takamatsu, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, and Okinawa/Naha to Abu Dhabi, Prague, and Brussels. Travel to Abu Dhabi connects in Taipei/Taoyuan; travel to Prague and Brussels connects in both Taipei/Taoyuan and Abu Dhabi. For Takamatsu departures/arrivals, itineraries combine the Takamatsu–Taichung route with onward sectors from Taipei/Taoyuan.
STARLUX operates the Japan–Taiwan sectors, while Etihad Airways operates flights beyond Taipei/Taoyuan. Additional city pairs will be added over time.
