Hilton Narita will host the Northern Harvest and Christmas Dessert Buffet from November 1 to December 19.
The menu features Hokkaido soup curry, zangi (Hokkaido-style fried chicken), a pork rice bowl you can assemble to your liking with grilled pork, rich umami miso ramen, and mini kaisen-don (seafood bowls). Tohoku specialties such as kiritanpo-style bouillabaisse and kozuyu will also be available, along with eight daily-rotating desserts including a present box shortcake and bbche de Nol chocolat.
At the live kitchen, chefs will carve Tokachi Shihoro beef inside-round roast beef to order and finish French toast made with Hokkaido milk. The corn-butter miso ramen and mini seafood bowl stations are available at dinner only, while the kids corner is offered during the Hilton Brunch and for dinner on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays only. A sommelier will curate Hokkaido wines and suggest pairings with the dishes.

Hours: Weekday lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Hilton Brunch on weekends and public holidays in two 90-minute seatings from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Dinner is 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. Prices: Weekday lunch 5,500 yen for adults; dinner 6,500 yen; weekend/public holiday Hilton Brunch 6,000 yen; dinner from 7,500 yen, etc. All prices include tax and service charge. Hokkaido wine is charged separately.
