American Airlines will serve a Pecan Lodge menu in First Class on select flights from Dallas/Fort Worth to New York.
Pecan Lodge, founded in 2010, is a highly acclaimed restaurant known for its traditional Texas-style barbecue. In February, the airline will offer the Pecan Lodge Barbecue Platter, and in March, the Chopped Brisket Sandwich. Both options will be served with a salad and the restaurant’s famous barbecue sauce.
Pre-orders for both options have been available on the website and app since January 11.
