
Singapore Airlines Revamps Premium Economy Class Service
China Airlines will serve “miso katsu” as an economy class in-flight meal on flights from Nagoya/Chubu to Taipei/Taoyuan.
This is the second collaboration with Chubu Centrair International Airport and Nagoya-based miso katsu restaurant Yabaton. Carefully prepared tonkatsu (deep-fried pork cutlet) made with selected pork mainly sourced from southern Kyushu will be served topped with the secret miso sauce of “Yabaton,” a famous specialty of Nagoya, Japan. The dish will be accompanied by a colorful assortment of vegetables.
The serving period will run from April 1 through June 30.
