Star Flyer, a Japanese airline, will offer its original in-flight soup, “TONKOTSU Soup (TONKOTSU ～WHITE BROTH～),” for a limited time.
This mellow, rich soup is inspired by Kyushu-style tonkotsu (pork bone) flavor, with a hint of garlic aroma as an accent.
It will be available for a limited period from March 16 through the end of May, and once supplies run out, it will be replaced by the regular “Onion Soup” service.
