Japan Hotel REIT to Acquire Hyatt Regency Tokyo and Add Extended-Stay Rooms
Okura Nikko Hotels has announced that system maintenance associated with the revision of its membership program “One Harmony” has continued far beyond the originally scheduled period.
The maintenance was initially scheduled to be carried out from March 23 until 10:00 a.m. on April 3. As of 12:00 a.m. on April 13, the maintenance is still ongoing.
During this period, some services have been suspended, including new membership registration, point redemption, room reservations and reservation changes at member rates, and checking point balances. If guests make reservations at the regular rate during the system maintenance, the member rate will be applied at check-in upon request.
The One Harmony program was revised on March 23. A new status, “Exclusive Plus,” was introduced. The complimentary newspaper service, quick check-in, and late check-out service for Royal members were discontinued.
