
ANA and IHG Launch Loyalty Partnership with Status Match and Double Dipping
Conrad Tokyo will hold the “Chef’s Treat Lunch Buffet – Summer Hokkaido” from May 11 through September 4.
The choice of main dish includes five options: grilled “Kita no Daichi” beef from northern Japan (an additional 1,000 yen), bouillabaisse made with extra-large clams, Hokkai shrimp, and Kurosoi rockfish, seared Kinki rockfish with crispy scales served with crab beignets and sea urchin risotto, meunière of skate wing from Hokkaido, and Hokkaido chicken and chorizo cacciatore. The buffet features appetizers such as mini salmon roe rice bowls, miso butter clam ramen, and mizudako (octopus) carpaccio; salads including Hokkaido Cobb salad; bread; and desserts such as melon shortcake, cherry and vanilla cupcakes, and baked cheesecake. In addition, snow crab is offered with crab vinegar, lemon, spicy cocktail sauce, and crab miso soy-milk cream.
The venue is Cerise on the 28th floor. Available on weekdays only, plus July 20 and August 11. The meal is limited to 120 minutes from noon to 1:30 p.m. Prices are 8,000 yen for the standard plan, 9,500 yen including a Conrad Bear, 3,500 yen for children aged 3 to 5, and 4,500 yen for children aged 6 to 12. Children’s pricing applies to the buffet only and does not include a choice of main dish. All prices include tax and service charge.
