Ascott will open Oakwood Oimachi Tracks Tokyo on June 25.
The property will offer a total of 78 rooms in four types: studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, ranging in size from approximately 27 square meters to 107 square meters. Stays are available from a minimum of 30 consecutive nights.
Facilities will include an entrance lobby, concierge counter, meeting room, terrace, and a lounge equipped with teleworking booths. To commemorate the opening, Ascott is running a long-stay promotion, awarding 75,000 ASR points to the first 10 guests who book stays of 30 nights or more. Reservations are already being accepted.
The property is located in Oimachi, Tokyo, about a 2-minute walk from JR Keihin-Tohoku Line Oimachi Station, directly connected to the station via a pedestrian deck.
