
JAL Adds Extra Temporary Flights Between Tokyo/Narita and Dallas/Fort Worth for June
China Airlines will increase its Kumamoto–Taipei/Taoyuan route to one round-trip per day starting June 13.
The route was launched with two round-trips per week from September 2023, and frequencies were increased to five round-trips per week from February 2024. The aircraft used on the route is the Airbus A321neo, configured with a total of 180 seats: 12 in Business Class and 168 in Economy Class.
On the same route, Starlux Airlines has also been operating one round-trip per day since October 2023. Taiwan’s major semiconductor manufacturer TSMC is building a plant in Kumamoto, Japan, and demand for business travel is expected to grow.
