Etihad Airways to Offer Free Medical Travel Insurance for Abu Dhabi Visitors
Japanese airline Solaseed Air has revealed that incorrect fees were collected when making reservation changes and refunds on its website.
The airline stated that between May 31 and June 3, there is a possibility that, when customers made reservation changes or refund requests via its website and other channels, fees and fare differences were mistakenly collected for bookings that should originally have been exempt from such charges. The reason given is that, in connection with the overhaul of its boarding system, there were partial inconsistencies in how the applicable flights were registered in the system.
The affected flights are published on the airline’s website. Refunds and other responses are being handled at airport counters or by telephone. Customers who purchased tickets through travel agencies or other intermediaries are being instructed to contact the agency from which they purchased their tickets.
