All Nippon Airways (ANA) will change the sales method for in-flight duty-free items on some international routes from August 1.
The affected routes are Tokyo/Haneda – Seoul/Gimpo and Osaka/Kansai – Shanghai/Pudong. These routes are currently not eligible for the pre-order service, and purchases can only be made on board. However, from August 1 onward, purchases will only be accepted through the pre-order service, and in-flight purchases will no longer be available.
As a result, the pre-order service will be available on all international routes operated by ANA.
