Japan Airlines (JAL) will begin progressively renewing its official booking website today, July 16.
The renewal will start with the homepage and key pages of the Japanese-language sites for Japan and overseas regions. The English and multilingual sites for overseas regions, as well as the international flight booking pages, will also be renewed in stages.
Menus will be reorganized by purpose, including new bookings, managing reservations, and preparing for travel, with information available from each menu displayed in a list. The design and usability will be aligned with the JAL app, which underwent a full renewal in April.
A menu for the inflight and lounge experience will be added, while a new menu explaining how to earn and use miles will also be introduced for the Japan region. Translations of multilingual pages will be carried out progressively so that they provide an amount of information comparable to the Japanese and English versions.
