Hilton Tokyo Odaiba reopened its Seascape Terrace Dining restaurant on July 13.
The interior has been renovated to offer views of Tokyo Bay, the Rainbow Bridge, and Tokyo Tower, with a total of 174 seats. The restaurant incorporates organic vegetables from the greater Kanto area, fresh fish sourced from Toyosu Market, and fermented ingredients, while gluten-free menu options are also available at all times.
Lunch features roasted Japanese Black Wagyu round, marinated in shio koji for 48 hours, while dinner includes roast beef made with Japanese beef sirloin. Cakes, tarts, and macarons made with seasonal fruit and edible flowers are also available.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., tea time from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m., and dinner from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m.
