The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka will offer a picnic-inspired afternoon tea and lunch buffet.
The afternoon tea, “Color Palette Summer Picnic,” will be available from June 18 through August 18. The menu includes a tart combining milk chocolate cream and chocolate crunch; a tart layered with mango Chantilly cream and mango jelly on vanilla-scented shortbread; a raspberry mousse cake featuring peach, raspberry, and almond; a savarin with hidden melon jelly; sun-dried tomato and olive scones scented with cardamom; a salad made with bergamot jelly; and edamame mousse with pastrami beef. It will be served from noon to 7 p.m. Prices start from 7,800 yen.
The “Italian Seaside Picnic” lunch buffet will be offered on weekdays only from June 24 through August 31. Menu items include roast lamb with sun-dried tomato and herb gravy, oven-baked sea bass with vegetables, chicken stew alla romana, spaghetti with squid and fresh tomatoes, and lemon-flavored risotto. It is available from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a 120-minute seating. Prices are 7,000 yen for adults and 3,500 yen for children. All prices include tax and service charges.
