Hilton Yokohama is offering its “Peach Summer Afternoon Tea” from July 1 through August 31.
The tea stand features peach macarons, peach mousse, peach tarts, peach panna cotta, peach meringue chantilly, peach pie, and peach cake. A “Peach Melba” parfait layered with raspberry sauce, sparkling jelly, strawberry-flavored espuma, peaches, and vanilla ice cream is also available.
The savory selection includes four items: chilled corn soup with scallop-scented croutons, roast beef ceviche, a special fresh spring roll with 10 ingredients, and chilled capellini with fresh tomatoes and summer vegetables. Tea is served from a HARNEY & SONS tea wagon, allowing guests to choose their preferred variety.
The venue is the Bar & Lounge Melody on the lobby floor. Service begins at 1:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. on weekdays, and at 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, with each seating lasting two hours. The price is 7,000 yen, including tax and service charge.
