All Nippon Airways (ANA) will extend its special ticket handling measures due to the impact of the Kumamoto earthquakes.
As of August 5, the special measures apply to flights arriving at or departing from Kumamoto between July 29 and August 31, regardless of the ticket issuance date.
For tickets on eligible flights, ANA will accept flight changes, rebooking, and refunds free of charge, regardless of the actual operational status of the flight.
