Japan Airlines (JAL) Group will implement special ticket handling due to expected adverse weather conditions caused by the approaching Typhoon No. 13.
As of 1:15 p.m. on August 6, special handling applies to flights to and from Okinawa/Naha and Kumejima from the afternoon of August 6 through August 8; Kita-Daito, Minami-Daito, Tanegashima, and Yakushima from August 6 through 8; Kikaijima, Amami Oshima, Tokunoshima, Okinoerabu, and Yoron through the morning of August 9; Miyako, Tarama, and Ishigaki from August 7 through 8; Yonaguni from August 7 through 9; and Kagoshima on August 7.
For tickets on eligible flights, changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted free of charge, regardless of whether flights are delayed or canceled.
