Keio Plaza Hotel Hachioji is celebrating its 30th hotel anniversary and the 1st anniversary of the Sanrio Characters Room by hosting an “Anniversary Buffet featuring Hello Kitty, My Melody, and Kuromi” from July 1st to August 31st.
The buffet is inspired by the worlds of “Hello Kitty”, “My Melody”, and “Kuromi”. Desserts include “Hello Kitty’s Strawberry Shortcake”, a strawberry mousse with a pink hood silhouette and flowers decoration dubbed “My Melody’s Pink Mousse”, a berry mousse inspired by Kuromi’s violet motif, and a mixed-color jelly reflecting the image of Hello Kitty, My Melody, and Kuromi. The cuisine features Mexican tacos with Hello Kitty, “My Melody’s Egg Sandwich”, and “Kuromi’s Cute Hooded Thick Rolled Sushi” among others. As a special plan, there will be a sale of limited three tables for both lunch and dinner, offering a special seat where guests can enjoy a gigantic Hello Kitty plushie and a welcome drink designed after the characters’ image colors.
The location is the 2nd-floor restaurant ““. Prices are 4,000 yen for adults, 2,500 yen for elementary school children, from 1,200 yen for preschoolers (4-5 years old), and free for children under 3. The time varies by day and meal, such as a two-hour time slot for Saturday, Sunday, and holiday dinners from 5 pm to 9 pm.
